· Document business and system requirements
· Communicate with clients to gather, refine and clarify requirements

· Communicate with software developers on requirements and functionality

· Supporting the full SDLC
· Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log
· Knowledge of Prototyping tools: Axure RP ,Balsamiq, MS Visio, etc.
· Knowledge of Testing tools such as Redmine, Mantis, Jira, etc.
Relationship
· Ability to sustain an effective working relationship with employees, management, and other departments.
· Ability to communicate efficiently both orally and in writing, with peers and customers.
· Ability to encourage an effective working relationship with business partners, team members, management, and outside resources.
· Attend client meetings and help with willpower of project requirements.
· Assist the PM in the drafting project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or Diploma in Architectural Sciences, Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management
· years of experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects
· Capable in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products
· Knowledge of the building development/redevelopment business
· Effective communication skills counting verbal, written and presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
· Demonstrated enthusiasm to be supple and adaptable to changing priorities
· Well-built multi-tasking and organizational skills
