Experience:-

Minimum 5 years experience working in operations/logistics/venue build-out area

of corporate events, conferences, festivals or trade shows

– Minimum 2 years managing support staff

– Broad knowledge of logistical/operational components of events & conferences

Location:- Mumbai

Job Description:-

-Lead venue site inspections; assess space, dimensions, measurements, accessibility

– Meet clients to understand project requirements

– Prepare element lists for each event

– Source and Manage vendors, handle quotes, contracts and negotiations

– Manage and co-ordinate with event co-ordinators related to all projects

– Responsible for developing and overseeing the events’ budgets

– Ensure team contributes to and adheres to company and department policies and

procedures

– Develop and manage critical paths, work plans, timelines and production schedules

– Leading the execution of events.
