We have a requirement of manufacturing/production in charge for our facility as per attached responsibilities. Brief
description of employee is as below.
- Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical with good academic record and leadership qualities.
- Experience – 3 to 5 years
- Job Responsibilities – Handling the team of approx. 15 manufacturing technicians and take responsibility of all manufacturing related activities. Should be technical and good knowledge of manufacturing processes along with production management.
- Compensation – 23K to 33K a month.
- Location – Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
- Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping.
- Report planned work status before end of shift.
- Maintain work order flow by monitoring steps of the process and Minimize downtime
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
- Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
- Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and systems;
- Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
- Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
- Accomplishing work results; respect priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
- Maintaining discipline on shop floor.
- Orienting and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
- Maintains working relationship with all technicians by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
