Sales Coordinator (have to do documentation realted to Sales as well)

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Order Entry in ERP and sending Acknowledgment

Follow-ups for getting Drawings Approvals from Customers

Co-ordinating with Engg. for making BOM & P/N within timeline

Preparing MIS for Quotations

Payment follow-up’s with Customers

Quoting small RFQ’s

Export & Import Realization with Bank

EBRC Tracking
