Industry – Any Manufacturing (from Ludhiana is preferred) – Should be from Large Organisation

Gender – Male

Qualification -MBA HR/MSW

Salary – 6 – 8 Lakhs PA

Reporting to – Factory Head & GM-HR in Corporate Office

Overall HR Head of the plant.

Should be well versed with HR Policy Making

Extensive experience in handling Industrial Relations, Unions and Government Authorities

Should have Generalist HR Experience
