Job Responsibilities/ KRAs:-

Responsible for the entire HR & IR process, defining the policies, training, rcruitment& development of skills, maintaining a healthy relationship between employee
and employers, also responsible for contract labours compliance to relevant statutory norms, handling disciplinary proceedings with all category of employees.

KRAs –1.muster roll compliance.
2.compliance to regulatory; statutory requirements as per different govt.authorities.
3.5s compliance throughout the organisation.
4.Any other responsibility assigned by the Management
