– Customer Acquisition

– Pre-Sales Presentation

– Sales driven Marketing initiatives

– Deal & Sales Negotiation

– Financial & Home Loan Assistance

– Complete paperwork for the sale

– Call handling and follow ups

– Customer Site visits coordination

– Follow Up Meetings

– Create new leads through Online & Offline Mediums

– Incentives and rewards based on Every Sale

Skills:

– Fluent English, Punjabi and Hindi communication skills

– Good English writing skill if possible

– MS Office- Excel, Word & Emails

– Preferably have own Conveyance for Site Visits & client Meetings

Location: Chandigarh Tricity.

CTC: 15 to 25k PM

Experience: 1 to 3 years
