Skill Sets requirements
• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
• Preparation Material Receipt Note & Material Issue Note through ERP Software.
• Executing all Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.
• Maintain store stock register and Assets stock register.
• Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
• Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
• Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
• Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
• Ensure completion of store operational requirements.
• Look after Inventory management and control.
• Ensure availability of optimum stock and carry out monthly stock reconciliation.
• Monitoring slow and non-moving stock and taking proper action.
• Responsible for accurate and timely management of store operations.
• Liaising with Statutory & Internal Auditors
• Timely submission of Reports.
• Maintaining 5S and FIFO in all the areas.
• Must have 4 -5 years of relevant experience of Store Incharge in any manufacturing industry.
• Graduation in any stream, Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Tally ERP 9.0 is an added advantage
• Raw material planning and subcontracting.
