Salary: INR 2,20,000 – 6,00,000 P.A
Location – Gurgaon
Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development
Education: Any Graduate – Any Specialization
Designation: Operations Head/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager/ General Manager (Depending upon exp)

Job Profile
· For a Promising Career in real Estate.
· Should have good knowledge about locations, projects and market trends in real estate.
· Should have good knowledge in English and local languages.
· Should be well-versed in vendor management & development
· Team Management
· Documentation
· Purchase & Cost saving initiatives as per budget parameters
· Crises management
· Site visits & inventory check
· Should have experience in same field
Skill Set
· Candidate should have excellent Communication skills
· Working Knowledge of MS-Office.
· Candidate should have strong analytical skills so as to understand the client’s requirement and provide the appropriate consultation.
· Maintaining cash vouchers & handling flow
· Keen observer
· Interpersonal skills
