Job Description:
o The Business development executive will work from premises of Alliance
Partners and will represent the organization and its services to the partners
and their clients.
o The role involves articulating services, engaging with clients, managing client
requests.
o Sales Target Achievement
o Relationship with Doctors and Hospital Staff
o Create Visibility inside the hospital
o Cross selling & Customer Re-engagement
o Customer care and ensuring service Delivery
o Engage the patients and resolve conflicts in case of any unseen delay and
contingencies.
o Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously
improve overall rating
Skill Sets Required:
Pleasing personality
Must be reliable, punctual and organized
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada and other South Indian
languages
Experience in Sales and marketing
Excellent interpersonal skills
