Destination:-   Technical Sales Engineer

Experience:-  1-3 years (in electrical sales)Package –          2-5 Lakhs Per Annum. Other Perks includes: Travel Allowances, Bonus & Sales Incentives
Gender preference:- Male
Location:-              Bangalore, should be willing to travel.Qualification:-  Any Graduates with relevant Sales Experience (Preferable: Diploma /B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronic Sales.Industry           Electrical Safety
Work Timings: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM/ should be available and willing to work at any point of time on need basis.

Job Description: Take part in business development and bring sales to the company.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
 Visiting of site, Collecting details according to requirement.
 Responsible for assigned sales and growth of the company.
 Meet electrical contractors, Builders, industry & consultants and bring in sales.
 Responsible for managing and meeting agreed targets and acquiring the market share.
 Should be able to handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command.
 Analysis of each inquiry to ensure they meet the desired profile.
 Should be able to reach the given targets.
 Develop and implement Sales Plans to target with new & existing customers.
 Involve in the complete Sales Cycle of development and marketing, required to handle lead generation to negotiate and deal closing.

Additional skill sets: A solid Sales/Technical sales background, Sound judgment and good business sense, Team working ability, ability to build relationships with clients quickly, Good communication skills & Analytical and problem-solving skills.
