ob Responsibilities:

Delivering live training session & product presentation s to Sales team, fragrance consultants.

To transfer the way, the people, think, feel & act towards the brand.

Use of training tools, demonstration.

Creating various product & brand related presentations to groom front-end sales force.

Travelling to all stores & to train on the move & on the job in each location.

Assist customers during store visits & demonstrating sku’s there by enhancing their overall shopping experience

Team Management – Closely working on each store on their KPI’S, Sell-thru, targets.

Deep understanding of sales support functions related to POS & SOP’s.

Increasing sales mix & targeting higher growth by adding value to the business through store-specific CRM activities.

Advanced expertise in strategically organizing visual displays and all perfume sku’s.

Generic sales retail reports.

· Such person will have to work from both Head office & stores. Will have to travel PAN India to each store for trainings & supervising.
