Job Responsibilities:
• Finding potential business partners and generating new leads with the aim of
creating more sales on behalf of our clients
• Performing Secondary research activities on diversified industry verticals.
• Prospect for new leads and create initial interest via phone, email, and social media
• Must be able to manage lead generation, lead forecast and lead qualification.
• Drive new initiatives, pilot to test new requirements for lead generation. And
experiment and develop new sources and capabilities for lead generation
• Maintain the sales pipeline in our CRM systems and report weekly sales progress to
Management and our International Partners.
• Managing Monthly, Weekly and Quarterly lead review documentation
• Weekly reporting to the manager related to lead generation and other aspects
• Plan, co-ordinate and execute projects along with the sales team
• Assist with other special projects not limited to the E-Commerce team.
Desired Qualification and Skill Sets:
➢ Fresh Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant industry is preferable.
➢ Excellent verbal and oral communication and presentation skills.
➢ Language skills: English and Hindi (Must be fluent orally and verbally) mandatory.
➢ Highly organized and attentive to details.
➢ Strong customer service orientation
➢ Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
➢ Must be flexible, adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and must be able to
work in a team.
➢ Must be able to meet the deadlines and targets with positive results in a limited
timeframe.
➢ Should be a fast-Self-learner
➢ Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with teamwork
➢ Knowledge in cross selling and up-selling
➢ Ability in managing collaterals, branding and positioning is an added advantage
