Responsibilities & Requirements:
Needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
High school diploma, any graduate or equivalent.
Atleast 1-2 years experience required, sales experience or tele calling experience preferred
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Candidates should be presentable possessing strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Good time management abilities.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
