Designation:- Regional Manager

Location : Hyderabad

No. of vacancy : 1 No.

Qualification : M. Sc. /MBA (biotechnology/Microbiology)  preferably life science marketing experience (life science instruments along with biosciences kits experience)

   – candidates should be from Biotech or Microbiology field only.

Technical Qualification  : Must be aware about techniques of PCR, Gel Electrophoresis units, Gel Doc Systems, Centrifuges and knowledge about Laboratory Chemicals and Plasticwares.

Experience :  3-7 Years

Nature of experience    Must be having experience in Research institutes and Biopharma sectors

Salary  :  8-10 Lakh P.A. or Depending upon the calibre of the candidate.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITY OF REGIONAL MANAGER

·         Foremost job responsibility is to make his head quarter and every head quarter in his region a profit centre.

·         To ensure that yearly targets are met 100% month to month basis.

·         All periodicals and paper work is completed on time by the team.

·         Complete participation in all the tenders, rate contracts as per the company’s norms.

·         To develop a well-knit team and ensure that team work is displayed to the fullest of its culture and the team targets are met without fail.

·         To inculcate the company’s policies and philosophy deep into the team

·         To ensure that performance of team is evaluated on monthly basis and corrective measure are taken on the day one.

·         To keep a sharp eye on team members for their call average, distributor/customer/ product wise achievement of target

·         To ensure the best usage of team resources and ensure the complete territory coverage

·         To ensure that the team has the best of the product knowledge and if some product knowledge is missing a mail should be sent to PMBM Department for taking training of people for enhancing their product knowledge.

·         Product positioning, product grid (Doctor – Product – Doctor) should be completely kept in a dynamic position so that they are not lacking

·         Motivation/Retention of team.
