  • Qualification - Degree in Business Administration with a qualification in International Business Marketing (Preference: Export Marketing)

Requirements:

– Degree in Business Administration with a qualification in International Business
Marketing (Preference: Export Marketing)
– 7 to 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing of technical products e.g. oil
related or automotive products with exposure to international marketing for a minimum 3 years.
Establish and manage Export Lubricant Business (Automotive and Industrial) to meet
approved volume, sales, margin, expenses and profitability of the business along with the
growth plans in line with the Company strategy of business expansion.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to
expand the company reach.
2. Liaise with technical managers in formulating products as per specific country needs and
back it up with technical services for the customers/distributor.
3. Devise label /pack designs as per country needs with the help of marketing manager and
implement the same with label/ pack manufacturer.
4. Select key markets with focus on Africa, Southeast Asia, Russia and other Potential
Areas for distributors, negotiate commercial terms with them and launch branded
lubricants in these markets.
5. Devise marketing plans in liaison with Management for each of these countries and
implement the same with the objective of gaining long term market shares and improved
profitability.
6. Set-up the annual budget part of the Export Budget.
7. Ensure effective & timely supply chain of finished products from the blending plant .

Other Requirements:

1. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
