Job Description
Office Assistant
1. Can Handle EPABX(Reception).
2. Can handle email MS office Outlook.
3. Field work (Bank, Notary, Purchase items, any other company related work)
4. Letter Received and Dispatch (Courier, Speed post etc)
5. Document filling, Photocopy, Scanning.
6. Cleaning office, Taking care of Pantry of office
7. Polite but Persistent Follow-Ups (Internal/External) on Phone/ Text / Emails
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
Well groomed and presentable personality.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation.
