Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market trends.
• Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their
potential.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
• Identify New Market Opportunities, target segments, and geographic areas for business expansion.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and
adherence to best practices.
Job requirement
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
• Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi)
• Well groomed and presentable personality.
