Roles and Responsibilities:- Preparation of Excise Invoices & Packing List
ARE-1 Form, Collect Bills of Lading, Shipping Bill, EP Copy, Maintain Daily Register, DTA, PLA, CENVAT Registers, Maintain PL Register, etc.
Dispatch, (local n exports) making excise gate pass (invoice).
ISO 9000 documentation coordinating with marketing, production & QC for Orders & Dispatch.
Skills excise documentation and expertise in taxation.
Finding Transport and loading / unloading of material. Maintaining books of Excise and filing of documents of excise.
Getting permission / licenses from excise and monitoring the expiry of the same.
