Position:  Business Development Executive

·Job Locations:  Bangalore and Hyderabad

·Salary Package:   25,000/- 28,000/- PM (depending upon candidate experience)

·Work experience:  1 – 3yrs min. of Product sale experience in Channel Distribution

·JD & KRA:   As per attachment

·Mode of Interview:  Telephonic & Video Call

Work Experience  –    2 years min. of Product Sales Experience in the field of Channel Distribution exclusively (as we are product based company & prefer candidates preferably from that domain)


·The candidate should have had this stint within 1 organization ONLY (we prefer stable candidates & not job hoppers)

Setting up a distribution network

.
Identifying prospective dealers & profiling them.
.
Meeting with architects to promote the Collins product line and generating Tertiary Sales.
.
Setting up meetings with prospective clients
·
Understanding client requirements and sharing Collins solutions for client needs
·
Visiting sites to get a better understanding of client needs
·
Sharing samples with clients
·
Providing detailed & accurate quotations to clients
·
Finalizing quotations & agreements with clients
·
Ensuring timely product delivery to the client
·
Facilitating product use & installation at client location post-delivery
·
Ensuring timely collection of payments from clients
·
Maintaining key relationships with clients
·
Ensuring all internal reporting & trackers are filled accurately & on time

Interpersonal Skills   –   (Technical abilities the person must have)

· Ability to tackle prospect with confidence
· Ability to make cold calls & set definitive appointments
· Ability to position relevant solutions as per client need
· Ability to follow up with tremendous persistence and politeness
