Position : Sr. Engineer – Chemist ( Rubber Mixing )
Qualification : BE/BTech/Diploma (Polymer Technology / Rubber Technology)
Location : CANDIDATE TO BE IN BASMA FOR 8 MONTHS THEN SHIFTED TO CHENNAI
(LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY)
Experience : 4 to 6 yrs.
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)/ Automobile Manufacturing
Skills & Competencies:
Technical:
1. Rubber Testing & Mixing
2. Rubber Processing & troubleshooting.
3. Analytical Skills
Generic: Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Working Knowledge of FKM & NBR polymers.
2. Working experience with kneaders & mixing mills.
3. Experience with Ram Extruders.
4. Complete understanding about statistical process control.
5. Designing of compounding recipes as per the field application.
6. Compile and analyse test information to determine process or equipment operating
efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.
7. Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel in test procedures for analysing components
and physical propeprrties of materials.
8. Proper manpower utilization & Skill up gradation of the operator’s through effective
training plan and feedback.
Compensation – 4.20 Lac CTC Maximum
