Online Support – Online support to Existing client Retail Software Onsite support – Visit at customer side and re-solve issue (Any Location) New Installation — Complete new installation at client side (Any Location) & collect sign off Report Online training — Give online training to New operator Online Demo – Give online Demo to new prospects & SE AMC Cheque Collection — Collect AMC cheque as per instruction by TME / SE
