Urgent required senior manager for statutory audit, the candidate should have 4-8 years experience in this field, Salary will be 5-10 LPA. Preference will be given to the CA candidate. We are looking for a candidate must be expert in compliance with regulations, advice on controls and processing system weaknesses, confirmation of accounting treatments with respect to complex transactions, increased monitoring of prospective accounting and regulatory changes, independent review of externally reported information, statutory audit of financial statements, tax audit, end to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness, client relationship management, executing various audit engagements as a field in charge, engaging with a team to ensure smooth closure of audit on a timely basis, technical knowledge on Corporate Law, Accounting Standards and tax, knowledge of indirect tax, FEMA and transfer pricing, The candidate should have general business awareness, good command over excel, tally and SAP, presentation and report writing skills, client handling, end to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness, client relationship management, executing various audit engagements as a field in charge and engaging with a team to ensure smooth closure of audit on a timely basis.
