Ensuring client retention, Maintain strong business relations with existing clients. Developing new clients. – Interacting with new clients, briefing them about the products and offers and meeting them in person. – Achieving targets which leads individual to earn commission and company towards growth. – Organizing and managing events for branding and promotion of our products. – Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database. – Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales. – Develop ideas and create offers to major accounts by main market sector. – Respond to and follow up sales inquiries through telephone and personal visits. – Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. – Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. – Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for marketing and sales reporting purposes. – Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
