Work experience Minimum 10 years work experience in Pickles division.
Salary: Max 9 Lacs CTC per annum

Responsibilities:
 The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales team in General Trade as well Modern Trade for spices & especially for Pickle.
 Maintain and expands customer base by coaching/managing Area sales heads
 Implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards for the organisation
 Acquire new customer to increase business development activities
 Interact with distributors, stockiest to enhance sale in given territory
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
 Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
