Opening for Project Head for Kullu and Rampur location for Research and Development Industry

Project Head:
Salary: 35,000/ per month
Add on Experience along with Lean manufacturing: in quality and team/project handling. 6-8+ years
Education profile: Professional PG
Location- Kullu and Rampur

Responsibility:
1. He will be driving the projects. Will be responsible to handle multiple projects and formation of new projects.
2. Need to resolve day to day issue faced by other teams.
3. Giving direction to jr. Team members
4. He will be working towards organizing the decentralized rural units of traditional textile and its diversification.
5. Help units in all possible ways as per their query and need. He will also be responsible for the integrated development of the participating unit’ & people.
6. He will be responsible for the timely completion of the existing projects, successful audit and its proper documentation for the evolved standard practices.
7. Ensuring overall knowledge and skill development of the human resource of the company, their training and knowledge upgradation on the regular basis.
8. He will also do necessary participation in the govt meets seminars, conclave necessary from time
to time with different department in the state.
9. He will collaborate and build bridges among the industry, people and company.
10. Everything will be done In coordination and approval with the company management.
