Target Industry: e-commerce, online retail (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire strong understanding of the product features and the science behind its working.

• Handle incoming customer requests via calls, chats, and emails.

• Act as a liaison between customers and escalate issues to other departments like Operations or Engineering.

• Listen, build rapport & display empathy when assisting customers.

• Have strong verbal & written communication skills.

• Handling Shipments Issues

• Notifying the team about the changes and improvements to be accomplished in the product.

• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any specialisation)

• 1-2 years of experience in providing exceptional Customer Service or Technical Support in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

• Strong Communication skills (English and Hindi)

• Detail-oriented, with problem solving and interpersonal skills
