We are looking for a HR individual who is capable of carrying out the following roles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Induction/ On Boarding
Employee Relation
Employee Engagement
Grievance Handling
Policy Making
Team Handling

HR Operations, which include the following:
Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our different verticals by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
Meet all recruitment timelines successfully as assigned.
Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through networking & cold calling.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Assist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable.
Effectively use Job Portals/ Networking & Referrals

Essential Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Think out of the box regarding talent initiatives
Excellent execution skills
Should be creative
Good at creating leadership level presentations
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Data management and detail oriented
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels
Eye for detail, should be able to multitask and prioritize
