KRA of Finance Executive

– Customer follow up for payments

– Timely vendor payment

– Track and calculate due payment amount and follow payment cycle decided with client

– Getting payments authorized by concerned authorities

– Take fund approval for payment

– Assisting in the preparation of budgets

– Cross Checking TA /DA

– Regular follow-up with clients for payments

– You should be able to handle complaints Made by clients

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to resolve conflict

· Well versed with MS Office, basic Excel skills are must

· Should be a Qualified/Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.

· Must have experience in fund collection

· Experienced in customer handling

· Excellent knowledge of existing accounting and tax regulations.
Expert knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent analytical ability.

· Good communication skills and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
