for dotnet:- C#.NET with MVC, WPF and WCF
o Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server
o Excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
o Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these in well
designed programs
o Ability to communicate problems of a technical nature to all levels of
management and users
o A high level of self motivation
o Flexibility in meeting dynamic requirements
o Skills in conducting structured analysis and problem analysis
o Experience with MS Office tools MS Excel, Word, Visio, etc
o Experience in component and assembly testing

o Knowledge of common debugging techniques
o A tertiary degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
o Skills in estimating work effort
