Designation : Digital Media Manager
Experience : 2 yrs to 7 yrs

· Market and present web/digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets.
Excellent web/digital media project management and estimating experience.
Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Plan & execute digital marketing efforts covering all technical aspects including Online Advertising (Google SEM, Adwords, Display), SEO, Email Marketing, execution of Social Media Ads etc.
Collaborate with technology development team to create landing pages, ensure maintenance, implement new features and optimise overall user experience.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Sound knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.)
Proven working experience in digital marketing. Preferably more than 2 years.
degree/ certification in Digital Media or related degree.
Media Planning, Media Strategy, Media Buying – Broadcast, Business Communication, Digital Marketing.
Analytical Skills (at manager level)
Communication Skills – written and oral
Understanding the link of digital Media plan to Brand campaign objectives.
