Job Description:
– Managing large amounts of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
– Identify Customers- needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on Insurance related queries and complaints.
– Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.
– Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.
– Meeting standard Call Centre KPIs – Quality, Call Volume, First Call resolutions etc.
Professional Skills:
– Excellent command on English and Hindi must.
– Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
– Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills along with active listening.
– Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
– Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
