Designation;- Business Development Manager
Experience:- 3-5 years
Salary:- 3L to 10L+ PA (Structure will be fixed and sales target based)
Location:- Mohali

Skills:- MBA or equivalent from reputed college
– 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales, business development of IT products and services (good
candidate with strong personality and potential, even with less experience or fresher will be considered)
– Should have good understanding of Software development life cycle
– Should be able to generate leads and close independently
– Should be able to work under defined targets
– Should be able to cover both national and international clients
– Self motivated, target oriented individual
– Should maintain and work under defined business development budget
– Should be able to drive project and services cost and maintain defined margins
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Should be able to generate leads for start up
Qualification:-MBA or equivalent from reputed college

MBA Freshers or with 1-2 years experience will also be considered as Trainee and Associates Business Lead,
provided they have excellent communication skills and confident in business development.
