**Key Responsibilities**

– Maintaining customer relationships by calling and understanding traveler’s trip-related details – Ensuring good customer experience by resolving conflicts & handling traveler’s trip-related requirements – Provide information about tours services – Arrange consultations and obtain feedback from the travelers – Interact with customers via phone, e-mail or online chat medium, concerning various queries

**Desired Skills and Experience**

– Excellent communication (Written & Oral) skills in English & (Oral) skills in Hindi and Tamil – Basic computer knowledge with MS-office and effective browsing skills. – Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
