Job opening of associate manager for a Gurgaon based IT company, The candidate should have 4-9 years experience in iOS / android and cross mobile platforms will be an added advantage, Salary will be 12 lakhs per annual. We are looking for a candidate should be proficient java , android SDK, IDE – Eclipse/IntelliJ, debugging, XML, JSON, android layout designing, code signing and application release, application submission to Google playstore, GCM, SQLite integration, third party libraries integration for android and objective C, iOS SDK, IDE – Xcode, Debugging, Xcode Instruments, XML, JSON, storyboard, code signing and application release, application submission to apple appstore, push notification, core data, SQLite integration, third party libraries integration, unit test case writing for IOS. Preference will be given to the candidate who has 4+ years of overall experience in software development and a strong command of object oriented principles/programming, environments and tools, 2+ years management/lead experience, SCRUM and Agile understanding, demonstrated strengths in objective-C and the iOS platform/ demonstrated strengths in java and the android SDK, and should have experience in developing mobile applications that consume web services. web-service designing (not development), continuous integration and continuous delivery. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

About the Role:

While we expect our Managers to be hands-on in technology, but the Manager’s role is people-first rather than technology-first. Your primary responsibility is to the people in your team – not only hiring and building it, but also ensuring that the members are growing as engineers, doing valuable work and continuously learning new things that help them in their career progression. We also need our Managers to help lead the way with technology and best practices to make sure we grow our mobile expertise and ability to delight our Clients with our work. As a Manager you shall be doing the following activities regularly:

· Making technical decisions and influencing the direction of development

· Design and develop mobile applications for the iOS Platform

· Championing and endorsing good software development practices and methodologies within the team including but not limited to SCRUM, Test Driven Development, Code Audit etc.

· Liaising with Clients, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers and QA team to understand requirements and develop mobile apps

· Resource allocation, task delegation, scheduling and reporting on progress to Client and Manager.
