JOB DESCRIPTION
· Sales Back up related works .
· Preparing and keeping of Data .
· Handling Orders from Distributors and sending to Plant for execution after complete corrections.
· Follow Up from plant for Scheduled dispatches.
· Preparing of Quotation and Performa .
· Time bound schedules and record keeping is must .
· Must have knowledge of Excel and word.
· Studies in English medium .
· Experience in Secretary/Backup Must for 3-4 years .
· Last job should be 4-5 years or a valid reason for leaving the Job .
· Local Chandigarh candidate preferred .
