F A dynamic professional with rich experience in Agile, Scrum, Software Testing & Quality

Assurance.

F Certified Scrum Master for Scrum Alliance.

F Familiar with SDLC

F Exposure in testing software projects from inception, requirement specs.

F Exceptional communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new

technical concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner.

F Setting up Scrum framework for new teams.

F Serve Product Owner, Development Team, and the organization.

F Helping teams to set up and work on CI.

F Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress.

F Facilitating Development Teams discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution through training,

education, and influence. (Retrospective meetings, Backlog Refinement etc.)

F Help Product Owner finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management

F Facilitating Scrum events.

F Helping in creating continuous improvement culture having trust and safe environment where

problems can be raised and solved.

F Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum.

F Conducting trainings on Scrum and Agile for new employees
