Network Operations Director

The NO Director is in charge of supporting the development of the franchise network in cooperation with the regional Master Franchisees. He will be involved in the following business areas :

1. Purchasing

The NO Director will manage the relationship with our Preferred suppliers to optimize the purchasing terms of our network as well as to build up trade marketing campaigns with our key suppliers.  He will also consolidate the purchase reporting of the network.

2. Development

The NO Director will support the development of the network by prospecting new regional partners as well as by helping the regional Master Franchisees in their local recruiting process.

3. Marketing

The NO Director, with the support of the  as well as a local advertising agency, will develop marketing tools to increase the visibility of the trademark in the market and to build up its awareness.

4. Training

The NO Director will build up a training program for the franchisees with the involvement of suppliers.
