We have opening for business analyst in Gurgaon. The Business Analyst/Associate will focus on a specific project or a series of projects that include assisting in the research, management, and execution of Company. The candidate should have 1 to 4 years The selected candidate will work closely with the respective teams throughout Company  Assessment and Curriculum divisions in evaluating market segment share, profiling potential acquisition targets and/or partnership opportunities, conducting industry research, valuation analyses, due diligence, and creating strategic presentations and recommendation documents. The candidate will be required to handle multiple projects across various categories at the same time and develop a deep understanding of major market segment opportunities. Candidate will be responsible to identify appropriate opportunities that support Company strategic priorities through interaction with senior business leaders, companies within Company market segments, investment bankers, venture capitalists, and organic pipeline generation and partner with business units to evaluate expansion opportunities and research their relevant market segments and competitive landscapes. The selected candidate has to evaluate the benefits of potential partnerships/acquisitions and make recommendations as to potential target companies .
