Position : Manager _HR Generalist Profile (IR / Administration)
Location : Chennai.
Qualification : Regular MBA / Post Graduation Diploma (HR)
Experience : More than 10 years in a manufacturing company preferably MNC.
Company : Manufacturing (Auto/ FMCG)
Preferred Age : 33-40 years
Compensation: Will be matching the Industry and location (Flexible).

Candidate would be place for 1 year in Mohali(Punjab) and then shifted to Chennai plant.

Skills and Competencies:

Responsible for Plant HR Activity, Industrial Relation, Compensation &
Payroll management/Welfare/Safety/ Recruitment/administration and Statutory etc. Generalist
profile having knowledge and skills in handling large workforce, good in compliance, Organizational Development technique, Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent Management, Policy Deployment , Competency Mapping and development and Statutory
Registration and Compliance.

Should have working knowledge of the following
