Designation – Travel Coordinator
Location – Greater Noida
Qualification – Graduation
Experience – 2+ Years
Salary – 3-4 LPA
· Interaction with Corporate Clients for their air travel requirement.
· Reservation & Ticketing on CRS (Amadeus /Galileo), Online Portal for Domestic/International air travel
· Itinerary & fare construction.
· Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties, upgrades & re-routings involved.
· Refund processing of tickets cancelled
· Solving Escalations at the first end.
· Coordinating with airlines regarding reservation issues.
· Handling Visa requests.
· Handling Foreign exchange and travel insurance.
· Handling web check in and seat allocation.
v Well versed with International /Domestic routing and ticketing
v Must have knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo
v Pleasing personality
v Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
v Customer facing skills. Be able to provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email
v Team Player
v Negotiation skills
v Good selling & communication skills
