➢Windows Server support ➢ Kaseya➢Connectwise➢ITIL➢Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting ➢
Windows Server Administration ➢ Active Directory Administration ➢ O365/MS Exchange (2010 or
higher) or Hybrid administration ➢ Backup administration ➢ LAN/WAN troubleshooting and
diagnosis ➢ Basic private and public cloud administration ➢ Server and network alert management
and remediation ➢ Server antimalware administration and resolution Must Have: ➢ Good
conceptual understanding of Windows architecture ➢ At least 4 years of experience in end-user
technical support ➢ Excellent customer service skills
Education: Graduate (Any stream) preferably in computer science or related field
Certification(preferred): MCP or CCNA.
