● Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and
interact with potential candidates
● Persuasive and goal-oriented
● Eager to expand company with new hirings
● Self-motivated and self-directed, Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a
positive attitude when reaching next potential client
● Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
● Experience with sourcing techniques

● Screening resumes
● Source potential candidates from various online portals & other social media platforms
● Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
● Performing reference and background checks
● Following up on the interview process status
● Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
● Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
