Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international flights based on their travel preferences and requirements.
Research and compare various airlines, flight routes, schedules, and fares to offer the most suitable options.
Offer personalized travel recommendations, including alternative routes, layovers, or flexible travel dates.
Provide clear and accurate details on flight itineraries, baggage allowances, cancellation policies, visa needs, and travel regulations.
Handle inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a prompt and courteous manner.
Maintain records of bookings and transactions using internal tools and software.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate or High School Diploma (equivalent accepted).
Experience: Prior experience in travel sales, ticketing, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and travel regulations is a plus.
Flexibility to work different shifts based on business needs.
