Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure. Utilize CRM tools to track activities, update customer information,
3. Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for success in this role. You should be adept at articulating complex financial information clearly and concisely to clients from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, active listening skills and the capacity to understand and address client needs through empathetic communication are essential.
4. Proficiency in Client Handling over Calls: The ideal candidate should demonstrate confidence and proficiency in managing client interactions over phone calls. You should be comfortable initiating conversations, addressing inquiries, and building rapport with clients remotely. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to effectively engage clients over the phone are essential for success in this role.
5. Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry. This experience should demonstrate a track record of success in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous.
6. Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Field: A graduation degree in a related discipline such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field is required. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary to understand financial concepts and effectively serve clients in the financial services industry.
7. Salary Range: The salary for this position is competitive and will be in the range of Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month, commensurate with the candidates experience and knowledge in the financial services industry.
8. Incentive Structure: In addition to the base salary, eligible candidates will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on meeting or exceeding sales targets. The incentive structure will be performance-driven, rewarding individuals for their contributions to revenue generation and client acquisition.
