· Designation: Manager (Sales & Marketing Dept )
· Salary : Rs 15000 p.m to 30,000 P.m
· Job Profile: Site Visit Facilitator.
·
· Candidate who can work with full involvement in Sales.He has to make the site visits to clients and show the project site in Tricity
· Achieving sales objectives by means and methods as approved by the management (Channel Partner and Direct Sales)
· Attending clients at the site and Converting leads into prospects to generate revenue for the company.
· -Executing all sales plan to achieve given targets in terms of revenue and market development.
· -Interacting with channel partners for developing communication plans based on specific sales.
· -Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into an existing database,s and building newer channels of potential clients.
· Closing deals with clients and ensuring after-sales services are carried off properly.
· Good communication skills, tenacity, creativity, and positivity.
· 7 days Training period without Salary
· Job profile has lucrative Incentive Structure.
· Mobile & Travel would be separate.
Desired Attributes:
· Qualification: Graduate / MBA
· Excellent customer service and sales skills.
· Candidate must have an own four-wheeler.
· Candidate preferably should be fresher.
Project: All the approved projects in Chandigarh-Mohali-Panchkula-Zirakpur; NCR & other major towns of the country.
