Purpose: Experienced Business Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the medical
device industry. Having excellent relationships with Dermatologist, Cosmetologist, Plastic
Surgeons in the market with highly Skilled in Sales, Medical Devices, Sales Operations, Sales
Management, and Consultative Selling.
Position description and accountabilities:
Capable to generate sales and identify the potential clients
Should have ability to build and maintain strong & Splendid Sales Team.
Must have a good communication skills with decent appearance
Must have good knowledge in windows ms office etc,.
Should be in travel 75% of a month
Importantly – Should have good presentation and demonstration skills
Graduation not mandatory
Grow revenue from current and new customer base
Should have knowledge in Govt Tenders participation
Should have knowledge in corporate hospitals market about order & payment process
Implement locally all national promotions and programs
Maximize share in all corporate and retail accounts
Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship
Should have monitoring capability in Market feedback on competitor’s activity and offerings,
Must have relevant industry experience.
Candidates from dermatology plastic surgery pharma segment.
Experience and qualification:
EEE/B.E(EC)/Diploma in electronics(Graduation is not mandatory) – Preferably from Science
Minimum 4 to 8years of relevant experience in selling medical equipment – preferably from the
Willingness to travel
Experience in generating new sales
Strong positive can do attitude
