5 Yrs + Min Age 30-35 years Old. – Preferably Married and Settled.
We are looking for candidates primarily with experience of dealing with selling , designing custom built lubrication systems , and products for general Industry, , Someone with experience with Analytical customers, Laboratory , R&D / Chemical /process market is also suitable.
preferably from Instrumentation side having experience of offering High end products to clients
– He should be having experience of dealing with High end products with VALUE Based selling.
– The person should be aware of the Tendering process and use his experience to work on Long term Big value tenders right from enquiry generation till bidding the same.
– Key account management skills are very important and essential for this role.
– Being a senior manager level job he should be able to do product presentations to clients (Online / Offline)
– Since this will be a remote operation, he should have apt skills to deal with Head office in coordination of regional work related to Sales & support to clients on a timely basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION FORM
– Work experience with EPC / PMC and Consultants will have special consideration.
-Anyone who has not been in the field traveling for the last year as minimum is to be avoided. No production background people needed, people without field experience to be avoided, the candidates should be from the major players. Non dynamic and without good English skills should be avoided.
Ability to understand client organizational structures and procurement processes.
Added advantage if the candidate has a background of PRESSURE MANAGEMENT/CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENT FITTINGS AND VALVES . Should be open to work on turnkey project initiatives along with extensive travelling to meet the targets.
They should not be of MNC mind set and should understand the advantages in terms of learning they can gain and the responsibility that a small company can offer – it should be a long term career move.
Should have experience of dealing in Industrial products such as Regulators / Valves / Transmitters / flow meters / gauges / boosters / / Fittings / Tubing. – pressure & flow control equipment
He must be medically fit and ready to travel. He must declare in advance any courses or school he is attending and he should be needy for a long term opportunity.
