Requirements are at the core of the Ruby On Rails Developer’s Role. Must be able to the following: 

• A Ruby on Rails developer is responsible for writing server-side web application logic in Ruby, around the framework Rails. 
• Ruby on Rails developers develop back-end components, connect the application with the other (often third-party) web services, and support the front-end developers by integrating their work with the application.
