Designation –  Relationship Manager

Location – Janakpuri, Delhi
Qualification –  Graduation
Experience –  3 -5  Years 
Salary –  3 – 5 LPA

Main Responsibilities 

 Overseeing staff members and ensuring accurate and timely follow ups on allocated
accounts
 To have full control of the respective portfolio and maintain records and MIS
 Setting payment collection/recoveries goals and targets for the department ensure
that team achieves the desired goals
 Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection/recoveries
 Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with
state and RBI regulations
 Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs
 Preparing monthly feedback reports
 Training and mentoring of staff members in the department
 Regularly interact with clients for reporting, discussions, settlement approvals etc.
 Requirements  Should have good Analytical Skills  
 Should be good in MS office especially excel 
 Should have Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi, any other language will
be an added advantage  
 Should be goal oriented  
 Should be a good Team Player
